On this page is a selection of filesthat were originally recorded on paper piano
rolls for Ampico by Adam Carroll in the mid 1920's, he also recorded using the names
Harry Shipman and Victor Lane. The original paper rolls were scanned and
converted to MIDI files utilising the wonders of modern technology by Terry Smythe, and
the technology used and his collection of over 3000 MIDI files converted from
paper piano rolls can be downloaded from his REBIRTH web site.
I have edited these files to sound their best when played on the
Yamaha Clavinova
